We only Hire for touring the Uk (this includes Isle of Wight, Isle of Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Isles)
We do not put a definate set price on display as the price varies depending on licence, endorcements, age & dates required.
We like to personalise your quote so we can ensure the price you are given is the price you will pay.
An "average" hire rate is between £60 a day Winter season upto £100 a day Summer Season.
We do individually price one off events such as Latitude, V and any concert or festival as this is classed as a high risk event on our insurance.
The prices above are quoted per day, inclusive of insurance , subject to a clean licence & season.
A small additional charge may apply for any endorcements.
We do not add on hidden extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, Washing up essentials & chairs etc like a lot of other Motorhome companies do, the price agreed includes the full inventory.
We generally work our hires one of two ways:
You are welcome to come the evening before your booked date, Unload the car, then Matt could drive you to a local site we regularly use near Woodbridge and set you up there for the evening..........this allows you to spend your first night near us in case of any problems and allows Matt to do a more in depth handover. This would add an extra £30 on to the above price to cover the insurance so you can set off as early as you like Friday.
The second option is to come between 6.30 & 8.00pm the night before and unload car, have the handover and come back the next day to collect the keys.
Please call or email us with the dates required, Your age, How long the driver has held a licence & if there are any endorcements, how many?
Minimum term is 2 days (minimum charge is £300).
To book your date a non-refundable deposit of £250 will be required. A date is not reserved until this is received.
We will require various documents such as 2 x forms of Id, copy of card licence front & back and copy of paper licence as soon as possible after your booking. An email with all the details will be sent to you requesting this and explaining your booking in more details. If you would prefer this by post please ask.
Balance of hire is required 6 weeks prior to the hire date.
This can be in the form of a cheque, Cash or Bacs.
*A Security deposit will be required of £400 cash.
This is returnable subject to inspection of the Motorhome, 14 days after its return by Bank Giro Credit or Cheque.
This is Payable on or before the day of hire,
* insurance is subject to our basic conditions and may incur extra charges for endorcements or accidents. We can only accept drivers who are over 35 and have been driving for more than 5 years.
